The open-concept main level features a comfortable living room with a large TV, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, and a dining area perfect for gathering over meals. Step outside and enjoy the onsite grill for an easy cookout after a day at the beach.

Primary Suite #1 – Queen Bed
Spacious queen suite with TV, dresser, closet, and private en-suite bathroom featuring an oversized glass-door shower.

A separate half bath is also conveniently located on the first floor.

SECOND FLOOR

Primary Suite #2 – King Bed
Relax in the spacious king suite featuring a TV, walk-in closet, dresser, private en-suite bathroom with dual vanity areas, shower, and separate soaking tub. Step onto the private second-floor balcony for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Bedroom #3 – Queen Bed
Comfortable queen bedroom with TV, dresser, and closet, with access to the shared upstairs full bathroom.

Bedroom #4 – Full + Twin Bunk
A fun and flexible bedroom featuring a pyramid-style bunk with a full bed below and twin bed above. Great for kids while still offering comfortable sleeping space for the group.

A washer and dryer are conveniently located upstairs for guest use.

Just steps from the home, enjoy the community’s incredible 30,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, complete with waterfalls, zero-entry access, hot tub, and plenty of space to relax in the Florida sunshine.

Guests have private access to Luna Del Mar throughout their stay, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet.

You’ll also enjoy access to the shared amenities of the gated Villages of Crystal Beach, including the 30,000 sq. ft. lagoon-style pool, waterfalls, hot tub, and seasonal complimentary beach shuttle.

Parking is available directly at the home for up to 3 vehicles, making arrival, unloading, and beach days easy.

The beach is approximately 500 yards away—about a 7-minute walk from Luna Del Mar. During the peak summer season, guests can also enjoy the neighborhood’s complimentary seasonal beach shuttle for an easy ride to and from the Gulf.

Destin Commons, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are nearby, while Destin Harbor and many of the area’s top attractions are just a short drive away.

Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited, and limited overflow parking may be available within the gated community.

Per HOA rules, golf carts, trailers, motorcycles, and RVs/motorhomes are not permitted within the community.
