This is such a great pick for a Bethany Beach trip with family or friends. The corner 4 bedroom 3.5 bath townhome has plenty of space to spread out, two comfortable living areas, and a furnished patio that’s perfect for grilling dinner after a sunny day by the water.
You’ll be just minutes from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Fenwick Island State Park, local golf courses, restaurants, and coastal shops. During the summer season, you can hop on the community beach shuttle, cool off in the pool, play a round of tennis, or let the kids burn off some energy at the playground.
Back at the house, the fully equipped kitchen makes group meals easy, while four Smart TVs, board games, free WiFi, and extra sleeping spaces keep everyone comfortable. There’s also a first-floor bedroom and bathroom, step-free entry, a washer and dryer, and driveway parking for two vehicles—so settling in feels refreshingly simple.
Additional $125 amenity fee for guest-use of Bishop Landing's community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, tennis courts and community patio with fireplace and seasonal shuttle to the beach (summer only).

• Keys and amenity cards: Must be left inside the home at checkout. A $150 replacement fee applies for missing items.
