The expansive great room features soaring ceilings, large windows, comfortable gathering spaces, and a sunken bar. Natural light fills the home while showcasing beautiful views of the golf course, lake, mountains, and surrounding desert landscape.

Parking:
Guest will have access to the oversized driveway for parking. Garage parking is not available. Can easily fit 4 vehicles.

Pool & Spa:

The spa is included with your stay.

Optional pool heating is available for $75 per day.

Please pay for pool heating in your guidebook in advance so the pool has sufficient time to reach the desired temperature.

Pet Policy:

We are happy to welcome pets with advance disclosure and approval.

Pet Fees
First pet: $150 per stay
Each additional pet: $100 per stay

All pets must be included/disclosed prior to arrival.

Pet Rules:

To help us keep the home in excellent condition for all guests:

Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds
Pets must be crated whenever they are left unsupervised
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning
All pets must be disclosed before arrival

Undisclosed pets are subject to a $300 fee per pet, in addition to any applicable pet or cleaning fees.

Reservation Changes

Please review your reservation dates carefully before booking.

The property follows the cancellation policy shown on the reservation
Reservation changes should be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.

Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

Please update the reservation before arrival if the number of guests changes.

Guest Verification:

Guests will be required to upload the ID that is associated with your reservation and sign our rental agreement upon booking.

Communication:

For the fastest response and proper documentation, please communicate with us through the Airbnb app regarding your reservation.

House Rules:

All guests are expected to respect the property, neighbors, community regulations, and house rules regarding:

Noise- No outside noise after 10pm as that is quiet enjoyment hours. Noise violations are $1,000 and will be billed if security sites.
Occupancy- No more than 8 guests may sleep overnight.
Pets- Pet fee is $150 for the 1st pet and $100 for each additional pet. Pets must be disclosed.
Smoking- No smoking in the house!
Parking- Driveway parking only, can not park on the street.
Property use

Please remember that this home is located in a residential golf community. Outdoor noise should be kept at respectful levels, particularly during evening and overnight hours.
