Boasting a spacious interior and outdoor amenities sure to amaze, this house has all you need for an Arizona retreat. After you settle in, sunbathe by the pool, golf on the putting green, or lounge by the fire pit. Then, hit the town by hitting the links at one of the local golf courses before going on a shopping spree! Return to dine on the patio with a kitchen!
GUEST ACCESS:
Our guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of the 3rd car garage. There is a connecting door to this garage in the 4th bedroom, which remains locked.
GUEST INTERACTION:
We are available during the day and evening with for any questions or concerns. We will respond to any non-emergency messages or calls the following morning if they come through late at night.
CHECK-IN & OUT:
Check-in time is at 4pm, unless an early check-in has been confirmed with the property manager. Checkout time is at 10am.

- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- The pool heating fee is an additional $100 per day. The pool is only heated during the cooler months. A minimum of 3 days is required to heat the pool. Arrangements to heat the pool must be made 24 hours prior to check in. Payment for the pool heat must be received prior to check in.

- NOTE: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $100/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front door facing the front entrance, camera 2 is in front of the garage facing the driveway, camera 3 is located on the single-car garage, and cameras 4 & 5 are each on the side of the house facing the gates. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. All cameras record video and sound when activated by motion.
