- Location: Located in the beautiful Valley Center area. Just a short drive to local grocery stores, championship golf courses, and the Valley Center casino.
- Bedrooms: 5 spacious bedrooms, including a huge master suite with an expansive walk-in closet. Features 15beds total to easily sleep up to 19guests, plus a baby crib for families.
- Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom (3.5 baths total).
- Living & Dining Space: Incredible space for massive group gatherings. The property boasts 4 indoor dining tables (2 in the family room, 1 in the living room, and 1 in the game room) plus 2 outdoor dining tables—totaling 6 dining tables for your group to eat and socialize together!
- Kitchen: A fully equipped chef's kitchen packed with upgraded appliances designed for big groups, including coffee machines, a rice cooker, an air fryer, a mini oven, and more.

- Overnight Extra Guest Fee:
If the number of guests exceeds 15, there will be an additional fee of and $45 per person and per night

- Jacuzzi Gas Heating:
Jacuzzi Gas Heating: $70/4hours(6pm-10pm), $120/full day(4 hour session x2)

(NOTE: Target temperature 75-80°F, 3-day minimum required)


** Noise & Property Policy
Strict Noise Ordinance: In compliance with California noise regulations, there is to be no outdoor noise or loud talking after 10:00 PM. Music must be kept to a low volume after sunset. No loud professional DJ boxes or live bands are permitted outside.

Outdoor Lights & Heating: Spa heating, pool heating, and all major outdoor lights will turn off automatically at 10:00 PM.

Furniture: Please do not move the indoor or outdoor furniture. If anything is moved, it must be returned to its original location prior to check-out.

Visitor Policy: Please contact the host prior to booking if you plan to invite daytime event guests so we can ensure seamless coordination and protect the neighborhood.

** Pet Policy
Due to a previous negative experience involving extensive damage and cleaning costs, we have made the difficult decision to maintain a strict no-pets policy at our property. In one instance, upholstered furniture required professional deep cleaning, and bed linens had to be discarded and replaced.

This policy is in place to ensure a clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly environment for all of our guests.

Please note that exterior security cameras are installed on the property for safety and security purposes. Any violation of our no-pets policy may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
