Wristbands are required at this complex and must be worn at all times. They are free for guests except for Spring Break and Holy Week. During Spring Break/Holy week, wristbands are $40 each to be paid at the office IN CASH when submitting your information upon arrival for your parking permits. There is an ATM down the street from the condos.
**There is a $60 replacement fee for bracelets and parking passes not left in the unit. **
*** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. We suggest packing insect repellent spray and citronella candles for outdoor use during your stay.'
