About this house rental
The kitchen was recently renovated with quartz counters, a gas range, full-size stainless appliances, and a peninsula with bar seating that looks out to the backyard through sliding glass doors. A separate dining room seats six, and there are two living areas, so a group this size can cook, eat, and spread out without stacking on top of each other.
The three upstairs bedrooms have hardwood floors, ceiling fans, and their own TVs. The upstairs bath has a double vanity, which helps on a weekday morning with a full house. There is a washer and dryer, along with fast wifi and a dedicated workspace, so the house works for a long stay as easily as a weekend.
Outside, a patio and deck open off the kitchen, and the fenced yard backs to trees on every side, so it feels private rather than overlooked. Longleaf Drive is a quiet residential street.
You are under ten minutes from UNC's campus, UNC Health, and Franklin Street, with RDU airport and Research Triangle Park roughly twenty-five minutes out. Chapel Hill books up fast for parents' weekend, graduation, move-in week, and home game weekends, so plan ahead if your dates fall in one of those.
Check-in is self-service with a keypad, so you can arrive whenever your drive or flight gets you here, and parking in the driveway is free. The home is non-smoking, and we are not able to accommodate pets.
