Welcome to the Linquenda Apartment House! Added to the charming Villa Linquenda in Easter 2007, the Linquenda Apartment House offers seven comfortable apartments located just 100 meters from the fine sandy beach and inviting promenade. Fresh breakfast rolls, a variety of restaurants, numerous shops, and Ahlbeck's landmark – the historic pier – are all within easy reach – just 300 meters away. Explore the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails on Usedom, which begin right at the doorstep. All apartments are furnished with great attention to detail and high-quality interiors. Warm terracotta tiles and harmonious decorative fabrics create a welcoming atmosphere. For families, we are happy to provide a travel cot and highchair free of charge upon request. A parking space is reserved for each apartment. Please note that parking may be somewhat tight for larger vehicles. Of course, Wi-Fi is included. Enjoy relaxing on your balcony or terrace, which is furnished with outdoor furniture.
