We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs
• March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
• Must be signed after booking
• Failure to sign cancels reservation

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
• 50% due at booking
• Remaining balance due 35 days before arrival

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
• $700 hold placed 2 days before check-in
• Released 2 days after checkout
• Failed holds must be resolved within 1 day

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
• 100% refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival
• 50% refund if canceled 14+ days before arrival
• No refund inside 14 days
• Refunds subject to 6% processing fee

[COMMUNITY POOL]
• Free outdoor pool in the resort. Open between Memorial & Labor Day weekend
• Open 9am-9pm and but subject to change without prior notice
• We are not responsible for pool closures and we do not refund due to this
• Less than 5 Minute drive from the cabin at the entrance of the resort, at corner of Bluff Mountain Rd & Smoky Cove Ln
