Home Truths

• The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building however does have a lift from the entrance and car space, so there are no stairs to manage. Also a staircase should you prefer this.

• The bathroom has some minor mirror damage from age round the sides but is a wonderful space.

• Plush Carpet in both bedrooms with wooden floors throughout the main living space.

• Car space is within a secure parking garage for the complex. The space is a single car space with max height of 2m, suitable for medium cars or medium SUV's.



The property has everything you need to enjoy a short or long stay perfect for families or a few friends. We can offer regular cleaning at an additional fee which can be arranged with 48 hours minimum notice.

The apartment includes a dedicated car space, so parking is taken care of. Once you arrive we find some guests tend to leave their car in the car space and head out on foot or us local transport.

Double Bay village and Edgecliff are both within walking distance, making it easy to explore many shops, cafes and restaurants on foot.



Public Transport

Buses connect Double Bay and Edgecliff to Bondi Junction and the Sydney CBD, including routes 323, 324 and 325. Edgecliff train station also gives quick access into the city and the eastern suburbs.

Ferries

Double Bay Wharf is close by, with regular ferry services across the harbour.



Taxis and Rideshares

Services like Uber and taxis are readily available, whether you're heading out for dinner, to the airport, or into the city.
