The backyard is the heart of the property. Spend sunny afternoons beside the resort-style pool, unwind in the hot tub, BBQ on the custom outdoor grilling station, enjoy dinner on the elevated outdoor dining patio overlooking the water, or sip evening cocktails on the covered patio. A private desert wash behind the property enhances the home’s peaceful, secluded atmosphere, while a gorgeous cactus garden and turf lawn complete the backyard oasis.

Running along the length of the home, the expansive covered Arizona room offers even more space to enjoy Tucson’s indoor-outdoor lifestyle. It includes both dining and casual living areas, along with a cozy seating area and chiminea—an especially lovely place to gather in the evenings.

Inside, skylights fill the home with natural light, while rustic finishes and comfortable furnishings create a welcoming, authentic hacienda feel. Guests can spread out between two generous living areas—one formal and one casual—as well as three separate dining spaces: indoors, in the Arizona room, and outside overlooking the pool.

The fully equipped kitchen offers abundant cabinet space and a breakfast bar with seating for three, making it easy to prepare anything from a quick morning coffee, a relaxed dinner at home, or a lovely large meal to share.

The spacious primary suite is designed as a private retreat, with large TV, Cal King bed and upscale linens, direct access to it's own covered patio with outdoor seating. The en-suite bathroom features double vanities, a dedicated makeup area, a walk-in shower, and a separate water closet. The bathroom also offers convenient access from the pool area.

Both guest bedrooms feature queen beds. One includes a traditional closet and a desk for guests who may need a comfortable workspace, while the other offers convenient open wardrobe-style shelving.

The welcoming front courtyard features a fountain and cactus garden, creating a beautiful first impression. An expansive front yard, an additional outdoor patio, and views toward the Santa Catalina Mountains provide even more places to enjoy the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert.

For your convenience, the home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, kitchen items, bath and pool towels and all bed linens are provided.
