Summary:

Make yourself at home in this family-friendly Reunion retreat, offering a private pool, attached spa, themed bunk room, and comfortable space for up to 10 guests.



The single-story layout features four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, an open living area, a full kitchen, and a bonus game room. After visiting the parks, cool off in the pool, unwind in the spa, or enjoy a relaxed evening together at home.



Walt Disney World Resort – approximately 15–20 minutes

SeaWorld Orlando – approximately 25–30 minutes

Universal Orlando Resort – approximately 30–40 minutes



Travel times vary depending on traffic and park entrance.

- Bedroom 4 – Avengers-themed room with two bunk beds, sleeps 4.



Bathrooms:

- Primary Ensuite – Full bathroom connected to the primary bedroom, with a bathtub and shower.

- Game Room Bathroom – Full bathroom accessible from the game-room area.

- Hallway Bathroom – Shared full bathroom near the additional bedrooms.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities.



Locked owner and supply closets are reserved for management use. The garage serves as the game room and is not available for vehicle parking.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in the Homestead neighborhood of Reunion Resort, a gated community near Walt Disney World and Orlando’s leading attractions.



Reunion is known for its landscaped surroundings, golf courses, restaurants, pools, recreational facilities, and water park. Access to premium resort amenities is membership-based and is not automatically included with every private-home reservation. Please contact us before booking if a specific resort amenity is important to your stay.



Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, golf, and everyday conveniences are available within a short drive. Nearby Interstate 4 provides convenient driving access to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Disney Springs, and other Central Florida destinations.



Getting Around:

A personal or rental vehicle is recommended.



Complimentary parking is available in the driveway. Limited street parking may also be available in authorized areas, subject to HOA rules and availability. The reservation may include up to five vehicles, but street spaces are not reserved or guaranteed.



Guests must follow posted signs and park only on the permitted side of the street. Vehicles may not block sidewalks, driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, or traffic, and parking on grass or landscaped areas is prohibited.



The garage is used as a game room and is not available for parking.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.



The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
