Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in the country woods it sits far enough off the road for amazing privacy. This is a brand new home with lots of amazing features. Every room features a smart tv with memory foam mattress beds. Located close to several wedding venues. Downtown Monroe is within 10 mins and Athens is located within 25 mins. Come get away from the busy life and enjoy the wildlife. We’re blessed to host our home to you and hope you enjoy the stay.

• Room 1: King bed with memory foam mattress, two nightstands, dresser, chest, sitting chair, and a 55” Smart TV.
• Room 2: Queen bed with memory foam mattress, two nightstands, dresser, and a 55” Smart TV.
• Room 3: King bed with memory foam mattress, one nightstand, dresser, chest, and a 55” Smart TV.
Living Spaces:
• Spacious living room with plenty of seating and a 55” Smart TV—perfect for relaxing with family and friends.
• Office space with a desk and chair for remote work or catching up on tasks.
• Full pantry to store your groceries during your stay.
• Laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.

• Large dining table with seating for 6.
• Kitchen island with 3 bar stools.
