● Trash day is on Mondays. Trash bins are located on the Left hand side of the garage when facing the home from the street.

● This is a smoke free, vape free home and no illegal substances will be tolerated.

● Please note that this home is intended for quiet enjoyment and is not suitable for large gatherings or parties. We kindly ask guest to respect the local noise ordinance, which is enforced starting at 9pm.
