About this house rental
We welcome you to our villa, a beautifully furnished six-bedroom villa situated within the gated Encore Resort. Accommodating up to 12 guests, this spacious home provides an ideal base for families and groups visiting Central Florida’s famous theme parks.
Full air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided throughout the villa.
The bright, open-plan sitting room offers comfortable seating and a large Smart TV. It connects naturally with the dining area and kitchen, creating a sociable space where everyone can relax and spend time together.
There are six bedrooms in total:
Bedroom 1 – Downstairs bedroom with a king-size bed
Bedroom 2 – Upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed
Bedroom 3 – Upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed
Bedroom 4 – Mickey-themed bedroom with two full-size beds
Bedroom 5 – Frozen-themed bedroom with a double bed
Bedroom 6 – Upstairs bedroom with a queen-size bed
Every bedroom has its own Smart TV. All bed linen is provided.
The villa has five full bathrooms and one additional half bathroom. The full bathrooms include either a walk-in shower or a bath with an overhead shower. Towels and hairdryers are provided.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Cookware, crockery and utensils are also provided for preparing meals at home. Breakfast-bar seating and an adjoining dining area offer plenty of space for relaxed family dining.
For entertainment, the villa has a games room with a pool table and racing arcade games—perfect for some friendly family competition.
Outside, you will find a private screened swimming pool and raised spa surrounded by a spacious pool deck. The covered outdoor dining area provides a pleasant place to enjoy meals or relax away from the Florida sun. Poolside seating and pool towels are provided.
The villa also has a private laundry room with a full-size washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can leave room in your suitcase for shopping at Orlando’s many outlets.
The villa is conveniently located for Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and many of Central Florida’s other attractions. Shopping outlets, supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses are also within easy reach.
Guests have access to the community’s beach-volleyball and basketball courts.
Our local managing agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the villa and are available should you require assistance during your stay.
