The space

Our luxurious and spacious  villa is located at the prestigious resort of Solterra; an exclusive gated community in Davenport. This wonderful location is within 5 minutes drive of local restaurants, stores and amenities.



Free hi-speed WiF and Air conditioning and heating throughout the villa.

NO SMOKING and  allowed within the villa .

Pets are allowed for a $150 fee.

Spacious sitting room with 55" flat screen cable TV with DVD .

A separate movie room with a 50" cable TV for a second family or where the children can "hang out" away from the "grown ups".

Superbly appointed kitchen with side by side fridge/freezer with cold water dispenser and ice maker as well as microwave, full cooker/oven, dishwasher and coffee machine.

Breakfast bar and separate dining area.

This house has a screened pool that can be heatedfor a small fee. 

The pool has an extended deck area with covered lanai and dining table/chairs with six chairs. Perfect for al freso dining. Lots of sun loungers for relaxing and sun bathing.





* The Solterra resort clubhouse is only a 5 minute stroll away but has so many attractions to tempt you:

An amazing resort style pool with additional beach style sloped entry to the pool for toddlers. Individual cabanas for families and friends to enjoy some privacy. A fantastic water slide for older children (of any age!) . Two club house lounges (one indoor, one outdoor). A fully equipped gym. Two full sized tennis courts. Outdoor children's play area.





There is a resort fee of $45 dollars to be paid at the club house , this is a one time fee and gives access to:

Main Pool 8am -9pm Daily

Slide & Lazy River 10:30am – 5:00pm Daily

Fitness center / Gym 6:00am – 11pm Daily

Café 11:30am – 6pm Daily

Tennis Court & Kids Playground Dawn – Dusk



This is a one-time fee per reservation for up to 10 guests.





A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental

Our home is literally only 5 minutes from the Interstate 4 (I4 as it is known) and 20 minutes from Disney



* We are also 20 minutes from either the Premium Outlets or the Florida Mall so you can "shop until you drop"!



* Universal studios are only 25 minutes away



* The beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast area

are approximately an hour’s drive either direction. Experience day trips

to Clearwater or Cocoa Beach.



* Cape Canaveral is a world of scientific wonder and only just over an hour’s journey by car from our villa



* Take an airboat ride on the Everglades National Park for a really different adventure
