Main House

The main house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including:

* 1.5 bathrooms

* 2 Bunk beds for additional sleeping space
* Laundry room available for guest use
* Comfortable indoor areas for relaxing and spending time together

Detached Cottage

The private detached cottage provides additional sleeping space and includes:

* Bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and full bed on top
* Dedicated private bathroom
* Separate space that’s great for additional family members or guests

Lake, Beach & Dock

Step outside and enjoy the private beach and dock areas. Spend the day relaxing by the water or enjoy some nighttime fishing from the dock.

Bringing a boat? Absolutely! Guests are welcome to keep their boat tied at the dock overnight during their stay.

For everyone’s safety, please remember that the water near the dock can be shallow. No jumping or diving from the dock. Swim at your own risk, and please use life jackets.

Boat Launch

Berry’s Boat Ramp is conveniently located next door, making it easy to get your boat on the water. The launch fee is approximately $10.

Outdoor Fun

The property has plenty of green space for everyone to enjoy. Bring your favorite outdoor games and take advantage of the yard for:

* Spending evenings around the fire pit

Lawn Maintenance

Lawn maintenance may occasionally take place during your stay. If scheduled, the crew is typically on the property for approximately one hour. We appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the grounds looking their best for every guest.

Property Access & Parking

The entire Greek Villa property is yours to enjoy during your stay, including the main house, detached cottage, yard, private beach area, and dock.

Please park only on the designated gravel areas. Do not drive or park on the grass.

Please respect our neighbors and do not enter or use the property next door.

Beach, Dock & Outdoor Shower

Guests are welcome to enjoy the private beach and dock throughout their stay. If you’ve been swimming, boating, fishing, or enjoying the beach, an outdoor shower is available for rinsing off before entering the home. We appreciate your help keeping the newly remodeled home clean.

Please remember that the water near the dock can be shallow. No jumping or diving from the dock. Swim at your own risk and use a life jacket when appropriate.

Welcome to your private lakefront getaway! Please know that when you book this property, the entire property is exclusively yours for the length of your stay.

There are two separate structures on the property—the main lake house and detached guest cottage—and both are included with your booking. The property is never shared with other guests, so you can relax and enjoy your stay with complete privacy.

You’ll have exclusive access to the private dock and beach area, perfect for relaxing, fishing, swimming, or keeping your boat during your stay. In the evening, gather around the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the peaceful lakefront setting.

The home has been fully remodeled and beautifully furnished with all-new furniture and comfortable beds to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
