Includes onsite parking, a balcony, front porch, patio and a huge backyard with a charcoal grill. Kitchen includes a Keurig and all you need to make coffee, tea and dinner. The ceilings are 12 ft. tall and the living/dining area is perfect for a large party to meet, eat and play.
You can walk 4 blocks to Canal Street to take the streetcar to the French Quarter and Downtown. Just 3 miles from the French Quarter and Downtown and all it takes is a 12 minute drive to get there. Vandal Hookah lounge is a 2 block walk away and Shamrock (ping-pong, billiards, darts and music) is a short drive or a 4 block walk away. Home is near City Park and Carrollton Ave, which has a lot of restaurants and stores.
