Russell Bank is a beautifully decorated holiday house in the heart of Elie with fabulous views of the harbour and beach. Located minutes walk from the village shops, local pubs, waters sports on the beach, tennis and golf it is the perfect house for a family holiday. Comfortable and spacious with everything you need to relax and enjoy all that the East Neuk has to offer.
Sleeping up to 14 guests, plus 2 infants, this property is perfectly suited to families, groups and golfing getaways. Enjoy outdoor seating and a BBQ, with private onsite parking for several cars and free street parking.
With 24-hour self check-in, arriving couldn’t be easier.
Travelling as a smaller group? Off-season stays for 6–8 guests may be available — please enquire.
The House - Downstairs:
Kitchen/ Dining: open plan kitchen/dining room. Breakfast bar, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler and 2 dishwashers. Dining table seats 14 people.
Snug: large corner sofa, bean bags and TV.
Living Room: 2 large sofas, 2 armchairs, TV and log burning stove.
Utility: sink, drying rack, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.
Separate WC with basin.
Bedroom 6: twin bedroom with two single beds and a wash basin.
Upstairs:
Master Bedroom 1: super king bed, slipper bath, wash basin.
Bedroom 2: king bed, ensuite shower room
Bedroom 3: 2 bunks beds
Bedroom 4: king bed and a wash basin
Bedroom 5: accessed via Bedroom 3, king bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
There is WiFi throughout the house and two large Smart TVs with standard channels and the ability to connect to your own streaming accounts. The house is underfloor heated throughout, running off air source heat pumps.
Outside:
Front patio with outdoor table and benches, BBQ, 2 garages for storing beach equipment/outdoor furniture (not suitable for cars), small contained back garden accessed through garage or kitchen/dining room, front garden (not contained), off street parking on the drive for 2 cars, free parking on street.
