Historical, art deco building in the heart of South Beach. Very centrally located, but it can get loud at times since it's located in the middle of the party scene.

Important Notice: This is a self-catered stay. Daily housekeeping, linen changes, towel refreshes, or restocking of supplies are not provided. All amenities are supplied once at check-in only. Please plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
This property, nestled on a corner lot just 2 blocks away from South Beach, enjoys the vibrant ambiance of surrounding restaurants, bars, and nightlife. It's close to Lincoln Road and Espanola Way. The studio unit sleeps 2 with 1 queen bed, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom.
Please note that the windows are sealed shut and cannot be opened. Also, Beach towels are available for borrowing at the front desk, where you can also exchange them for fresh ones for a fee.

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
