The property features six comfortable bedrooms, including four with private en-suite bathrooms and two sharing a bathroom. At the heart of the home is a subterranean living area complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a characterful fireplace crafted from local volcanic lava stone, creating a unique and welcoming space for shared gatherings.
Outdoors, the villa opens up to a private garden area with a outdoor swimming pool and solarium, ideal for relaxing during the summer season.
