Located in Taylors near Downtown Greenville, Travelers Rest, Paris Mountain and the Swamp Rabbit Trail, this vibrant retreat puts the best of the Upstate within easy reach—from local restaurants and breweries to shopping, scenic hikes and unforgettable adventures.

Designed for up to 16 guests, the property features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens. Bold colors, high-end finishes and thoughtfully themed spaces create a fun, memorable experience, while premium furnishings and spacious gathering areas provide comfort for the entire group.

Start the morning with coffee on the screened porch or covered decks, challenge your group to a pickleball match or play a round on the professional-grade golf simulator. Enjoy ping-pong, arcade games and board games in the Game Room; settle in for movie night in the Theater Room; or grab a treat from the snack bar. In the evening, soak in the hot tub, unwind in the barrel sauna and gather around the firepit beneath the string lights.

Luxury, comfort and entertainment unfold across two spacious living areas: the main house and an attached private guest suite connected by a screened porch and covered breezeway. The main house features a bright, open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, plush seating and a 65-inch Smart TV. The chef’s kitchen offers a large island with barstools, high-end appliances and a beverage refrigerator. A dedicated Fitness Room is located just off the main living area, while indoor and outdoor dining spaces provide plenty of room for shared meals, including outdoor seating for up to 14 guests.

The private guest suite has its own entrance and includes the Poppy Red Room with a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, bathroom, dedicated getting-ready room and private office.

Just off the guest-suite kitchen is the Game Room, featuring a professional-grade golf simulator, ping-pong, arcade games and a collection of board games. The Theater Room is located upstairs above it. Together, these spaces create a dedicated entertainment wing separated from the home’s primary sleeping areas.

For added convenience, both the main house and guest suite have their own washer and dryer.

The colorful, moody Theater Room features an 85-inch screen and seating for up to 13 guests across five distinct seating areas, with additional room for everyone to settle in comfortably. Whether you are streaming a favorite movie, cheering on your team or spending the evening together, this room was designed for memorable group entertainment.

GOLF SIMULATOR AND GAME ROOM
Play iconic courses on the professional-grade golf simulator, challenge your group to ping-pong or arcade games, or gather for cards and board games.
Entertainment includes Connect 4, Buildzi, Trouble, playing cards, tumbling tower, karaoke, Yahtzee, UNO and a four-in-one game set with fast sling puck, chess, checkers and tic-tac-toe.

FITNESS ROOM
The dedicated Fitness Room includes a treadmill, workout bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, yoga mats, Pilates ball and exercise balls, with open space for stretching and customized workouts.

The guest suite includes a private office with a desk and chair, as well as an elegant getting-ready room with adjustable illuminated mirrors—ideal for weddings, celebrations and group trips.

SNACK BAR
Enjoy a treat from the complimentary snack bar, complete with the nostalgic fun of a vintage coin-operated gumball machine. Yes, it really operates using coins! The machine accepts pennies, nickels, dimes and quarters, adding a playful, interactive touch to the experience.

The private backyard features a screened porch with comfortable lounge seating & egg chairs, a pickleball court, outdoor daybeds, hot tub, barrel sauna, and lawn games.
