Designed to make the most of its elevated position, the home features a spacious, light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, with large windows framing the ever-changing outlook. Throw open the doors and step onto the expansive deck, where you can enjoy morning coffee in the sun, long alfresco lunches or an evening drink while taking in the panoramic rural and coastal views.
The modern, well-equipped kitchen features a large island bench with plenty of room for preparing meals and gathering together, while comfortable furnishings and contemporary finishes make this an easy place to settle into from the moment you arrive. There is also a spacious butler's pantry.
Sleeping up to six guests, Top of the Hill has three beautifully presented bedrooms, each with a King bed, making it an excellent option for couples, families or a group of friends travelling together. The master bedroom has its own ensuite, with an additional bathroom servicing the other two bedrooms. For your comfort, there is a heat pump in the main living area and also in the master bedroom and all bedrooms also have electric blinds.
For entertainment, there is a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and board games.
Golfers are particularly well catered for, with the property superbly positioned for those wanting to experience two of New Zealand's outstanding golfing destinations Tara Iti and Te Arai Links. The three King bedrooms make it especially well suited to a golfing getaway with friends or couples. After a day on the course, head home, fire up the BBQ and relax on the deck while enjoying the views.
Despite its peaceful setting, you're within easy reach of everything Mangawhai has to offer. Mangawhai Village, with its cafs, shops and markets, is only a short drive away, while Mangawhai Heads and the area's beautiful beaches are also easily accessible. The location provides a great base for exploring Te Arai, Langs Beach, Waipu Cove and the wider coastline.
Notes:

This property may not be suitable for young children, as there is an electric fence roughly 5 m from the edge of the deck.
There are three external security cameras located at the front outside door, driveway area, and back deck.
