The Space & Sleeping Arrangements:
Designed with multi-generational families and close groups of friends in mind, our cottage offers plenty of space to gather, eat and relax after a sun-drenched day on the lake. Bedroom 1 holds a queen-sized bed on the main level. Named for the original occupants, the other three bedrooms are found up a quick flight of stairs with a queen in the first, a twin in the second and a full in the third.
Please note that the cottage features 1 pristine full bathroom with a shower stall for washing off the lake day, plus a convenient half-bath upstairs to keep morning routines smooth for the family.

Pet & Neighborhood Etiquette
Because we love our dogs and our neighbors, we kindly ask that guest adhere to a few simple house rules:
1. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with a paid pet fee.
2. Dogs must be crated when left unattended in the house (a large crate is provided in the front closet for your convenience).
3. Please use our outdoor "paw & foot wash" hose station to rinse off lake sand before heading inside.
4. This is a peaceful, traditional residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. No parties or large events are permitted.

You are perfectly positioned on the quieter, family-friendly side of the lake, but never far away from the action. Walk down to the beach for a day of swimming and paddleboarding,stroll the quiet streets or take a short drive over to Arnolds Park, its amusement park, local restaurants and live music venues when you want to dive into the local Okoboji energy.
