- Second Level: Open-concept living, dining (seats 4), chef's kitchen with premium appliances. Smart TV. Half bathroom/powder room.
- Third Level: Primary bedroom with king bed, and AC, secondary bedroom with queen bed and dedicated workspace w/ high-speed wifi. Two separate bathrooms.
- Fourth Level: Private deck with breathtaking bay views, outdoor conversational set.
You will have access to the the entire townhome except the loft bedroom on the first floor that has a separate entrance for privacy. To book the full home you can find the other listing that sleeps 6-8 people.

There is one designated parking spot for small-mid sized vehicles. You must get approval from us to use this space. If you have a larger vehicle you must use street parking and abide to city law.
There is an active construction project right in-front of the the townhome with expected noise from about 7am to 6pm. If you are sensitive to noise I recommend choosing other accommodations.
