neighborhood stays friendly. ***
No glassware is allowed near or around the spa areas. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside.
Daily heating fee of $25 dollars per day will need to be added if you need the pool temperature to exceed 86 degrees or you would like to use the spa features.
To ensure a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests, we kindly ask that no additional visitors unless approved in advance. Thank you for your understanding!
The guest will assume all responsibility and risk when swimming/using the pool. This responsibility will extent to anyone the guest has at the home who may use the pool. There is no gate around the pool.
