Sleeping Arrangements
The property consists of two private units, making it easy for everyone to spread out or come together as needed. The main house features two bedrooms with king beds and two bedrooms with two full-size beds each, ideal for couples, families, or friends. The second unit offers two additional bedrooms, each with a king bed. A queen sofa bed provides extra flexibility for larger groups, accommodating up to 18 guests comfortably. Freshly staged bedrooms feature brand new furniture for a restful night’s sleep.

Kitchen & dining
Both units are equipped with full kitchens, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the cooking basics you need to prepare group meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the dining table or gather for a shared dinner before heading out to experience Austin’s nightlife.

Game room
The converted garage serves as your private game room, complete with ping pong, air hockey, and darts. It’s the perfect spot for friendly competition or winding down after a day at a music festival or sporting event.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard designed for relaxation and socializing. There’s a firepit for evening gatherings, a charcoal grill for cookouts, and plenty of outdoor seating. The space is ideal for group hangouts, whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying time together. A hot tub will be available at the end of September 2026.
