-Two separate driveways provide on-site parking - 4 cars depending on size
-There is no street parking allowed
-The property is located on a narrow residential street, so all guest vehicles must be parked entirely on the property

House Rules:
-Maximum occupancy is 12 guests - this includes daytime guests
-Minimum rental age is 25
-No parties or events
-Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
-No smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoors
-Adults are responsible for supervising children at all times
-The private beach does not have a lifeguard on duty
-Guests are responsible for themselves and members of their party while using the property and private beach
-A brief rental agreement is required to be signed upon booking
