Thoughtfully designed for an elevated coastal stay, this single-level waterfront home features three beautifully appointed king bedrooms, two bathrooms, open living and dining spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated coffee bar for slow vacation mornings. Outdoors, your private retreat continues with a heated pool and spa, waterfront tiki bar, comfortable lounge areas and dockside views. Every space has been intentionally styled for comfort, connection and an effortless Southwest Florida escape.

Guests have private access to the entire home, heated pool and spa, tiki bar, outdoor living areas and waterfront dock. The garage is reserved for owner use and is not available for guest parking; however, guests may access the commercial ice machine located inside. The boat and boat lift are not included with the rental. Guests bringing their own boat may use the dock for tie-up during their stay.

We want you to settle in and enjoy the home as your own during your stay. We’ll give you your space, but we’re always just a message away if you need anything. The easiest way to reach us is through the Airbnb app, and we’re happy to help with questions or recommendations during your stay.

A few things to know before you book:
This is a waterfront Florida home with a private pool and spa. The pool deck can become slippery when wet and surfaces may become hot in the Florida sun.

The dock is available for guest enjoyment and boat tie-up; the boat and boat lift are not included with the rental. Garage parking is not available.

Our home is located in a residential waterfront neighborhood, so we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM.

A detailed digital guidebook with everything you need for your stay—including home amenities, pool/spa information and local recommendations—will be provided before arrival.

• Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Please keep outdoor music and conversation at a respectful level.

• No glass in the pool, spa or pool deck areas.

• Swim and use the pool, spa, dock and waterfront areas at your own risk.

• The dock may be used for guest boat tie-up. The boat and boat lift are not available for guest use.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• Please respect our home, neighbors and waterfront community.

Pet Rules

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved pets! To help us keep the home beautiful for everyone:

* Please keep pets off beds and furniture.
* Please pick up all pet waste promptly, including from the artificial turf area along the side of the home.
* Pets should not be left unattended in the home unless safely crated.
* The pool and tiki area is gated for added convenience; however, the property is not fully fenced, so please supervise pets at all times.
* Guests are responsible for any excessive cleaning or damage caused by their pets.
