A spacious 1,581 sq ft home on the 5th floor of Royal Amwaj North Residences, on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, with a full view of the Burj Al Arab and the open sea from a continuous balcony.

Sleeps 4 across two bedrooms:
• Master bedroom - king bed, direct balcony access, and an ensuite with a private sauna
• Second bedroom - two single beds, with its own access to the continuous balcony
• Spacious open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating and a Smart TV
• Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer, integrated Dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, cookware and tableware.
• The apartment includes a dedicated laundry area with an in-unit washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi and one covered parking space. Valet parking is also available at the building.
