The Space
Chic and Breezy is a spacious two-story coastal home designed to give families and groups the perfect combination of places to gather and private spaces to relax.
With five bedrooms spread across two floors, multiple bathrooms, a comfortable living area, and a well-equipped kitchen, the layout works especially well for multi-generational families, groups of friends, or families traveling together.
Ground Floor
The heart of the home is the bright, open living room, providing a comfortable gathering space where everyone can reconnect after a day at the beach. Settle in for a movie, relax with a drink, or spend some downtime together planning tomorrow's adventure.
The well-equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before heading to the beach, packing lunches for a day on Lake Powell, or cooking a family dinner.
Between the dining table and breakfast bar, there is seating for up to 16 guests, making it easy for the whole group to gather for meals, morning coffee, or a relaxed evening together.

Having a King bedroom and full bathroom on the main level is especially convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs or appreciate a little separation from the upstairs sleeping areas.
Second Floor
Head upstairs and you'll find four additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of room to settle in and recharge.

16-Foot Swim Spa – Cool off after the beach, relax in the water, or enjoy an evening dip after a day exploring the coast.
Private Mini Golf – Challenge the family to a little friendly competition with your own mini-golf area right at the house — fun for kids and adults alike.
Cornhole – Keep the friendly competition going with a game of cornhole, perfect for a laid-back afternoon or evening in the backyard.
Fire Pit – End the day with s'mores, drinks, conversation, and relaxed evenings under the Florida sky.
Grill – Fire up the grill for an easy family cookout, burgers after the beach, or a relaxed dinner outside without having to leave the house.
Covered Outdoor Spaces – Enjoy additional room to gather, relax, and make the most of the coastal weather.
Designated Pet Area – Traveling with your dogs? Chic and Breezy is pet-friendly with a non-refundable pet fee required. The home has a designated pet area located along the side of the house, giving your four-legged family members their own convenient space while helping keep the main backyard clean and enjoyable for everyone.
Whether you're coming home from the beach or spending the entire day at the house, the backyard is part of the Chic and Breezy experience.
Your Golf Cart Is Waiting
Around here, even getting to the beach can be part of the fun.
A 6-seater golf cart is provided for guest use, making beach runs and nearby exploring easy for the whole family.
Load up the towels, sunscreen, and beach gear and head for the Gulf. Public beach access is approximately a 3–5 minute golf cart ride from the home, putting you just minutes from the sugar-white sand and emerald-green water that make this part of Florida famous.
Spend the morning swimming, building sandcastles, searching for shells, or simply doing absolutely nothing with your toes in the sand. When everyone's ready for a break, hop back in the golf cart and head home to the swim spa.
Two Kinds of Water Days: The Gulf & Lake Powell
The beach may get most of the attention, but staying near Lake Powell gives you another completely different way to experience the outdoors.
Lake Powell is one of Northwest Florida's rare coastal dune lakes, creating a beautiful natural setting for kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, fishing, and exploring.
A nearby public boat launch provides access for small boats, jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks, and other appropriate watercraft. Don't have a kayak with you? Rentals are available nearby, making it easy to add a lake day to your vacation.
There is also a kids' play area nearby, giving younger guests another place to play and burn off some energy when you're looking for a break from the beach or water.
Guests can also swim and fish in Lake Powell. A proper Florida fishing license is required when applicable.
One day can be all about the Gulf. The next can be spent paddling across the lake. That's part of what makes this location special.

We utilize a third-party concierge service that integrates directly with your booking channel to handle concierge services, rental agreements, and damage waivers. There is the option to choose between a small damage waiver or a hold on your credit card for damages. You will be asked for this information once your reservation is officially confirmed.
