Great location. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset on the private dock. We also enjoyed observing the locals lives in the neighborhood. The Matira beach, restaurants and a couple of grocery stores and the boat rental/boat tour are a few minutes away. The house is very quiet and spacious but probably could use some upgrades especially the screen doors. Check in and check out process was very smooth. Louana was very helpful and responsive. We truly enjoyed our time there.

This beautiful Balinese-style home is VERY spacious and situated with a beautiful view right on the water. It also has a dock that is great for walking out and viewing the fish, including rays, that swim by. It was also a great place to look at the beautiful stars in the sky on a clear night.The bedrooms were very comfortable with the AC units, and we were never hot in the other areas of the house with the ceiling fans. We also enjoyed the kitchen and terrace and beautiful grounds with mature landscaping. The house is well-located on the island and is close to a number of things . . . including the beautiful Matira beach. We ate at the Bora Bora Yacht Club near the main town and the Bora Bora Beach Club on Matira beach. We also ate at the nearby Lucky House, which was very good.There are a number of grocery stores on the island, the closest one is Tiare Market. Staying at a VRBO is a great way to get an authentic island experience. Louana was a wonderful manager.

The property manager, Luana, was great! She met us both arriving in departing. The house is beautiful, and we loved having the lagoon right out the back door. We would absolutely come back here!

Wonderful, large house with pier right on lagoon. Loved everything about the home! Easy check in/ check out. Highly recommend. Also, can drink the water from the fridge (filtered) which is very helpful. Very spacious and nice airflow throughout the home. AC in both bedrooms. Coffee provided on arrival as well. Louana, the property manager, is extremely helpful and friendly, than you so much, Louana! We would love to return! Thank you for everything!
