This rental has all the comforts of home while being right on the beach. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and a grocery store. You can use the kayaks to get to the coral gardens for snorkeling.

This place had many positive aspects-on the beach, spacious, kayaks and snorkeling gear for your use, close to good snorkeling areas, ac in the bedrooms, comfortable outdoor area to hang out, close to a few restaurants and a small market. The property manager was super helpful and accommodating. The only caveat is this property is in a fairly densely populated area and positioned in front of the residences of the owner and family, so privacy is limited. Although the owners were completely unobtrusive and we enjoyed watching them repair their dock.

This house was perfect! The location was excellent. It was breezy and quiet and a 2 minute walk to the opposite side of Matira Beach where it was busy and more of a party atmosphere. So at this house you get the best of both worlds. It was close to restaurants and an excellent convenience store, which had excellent pastries every morning. The house itself was spacious and each bedroom had a strong AC that made sleeping perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. The Property Manager, Louana was absolutely exceptional. She helped every time we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, don't need a car as restaurants, grocery stores are in walking distance. Host is very very good. Really nice to have a clothes washer and dryer. We used the 2-person kayaks alot. While the kitchen is updated & modern, there is not a dishwasher.
