The Space:

Welcome to your La Jolla Shores getaway, where some of San Diego's best beach days are just minutes from your front door.



This four-bedroom, two-bath home is comfortable, welcoming and designed for spending time together. Whether you're starting the morning over coffee, coming home sandy from the beach or gathering for dinner after a day exploring La Jolla, there's plenty of room for everyone to settle in and enjoy the stay.



The living and dining spaces offer comfortable places to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy. Pull up a seat at the kitchen counter for breakfast, gather everyone around the indoor dining table, or take dinner outside and make the most of San Diego's beautiful weather.



The backyard is where you'll likely spend some of your favorite moments. Completely fenced and set up for outdoor living, it offers a large dining table, BBQ, comfortable seating and umbrellas for shade. As evening rolls in, turn on the string lights, gather around the fire pit and enjoy a relaxed night outside. Patio heaters help keep things cozy on cooler coastal evenings, while cornhole and oversized Jenga add a little fun for the whole group.



After a day at La Jolla Shores, the four bedrooms offer comfortable spaces to unwind. Three bedrooms feature king beds, while the fourth offers a queen bed. Each bedroom also has a Smart TV, and two of the bedrooms provide direct access to the backyard.



A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.



For beach days, you'll find plenty of gear ready to go, including beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie board, sand toys, wagon and coolers. An in-home washer and dryer make it easy to toss in towels and swimsuits when you get back.

There is a separate guest house located on the property that is not included with the rental and is occupied by a long-term resident. The guest house is separate from the main home, and the resident does not have access to your home or private backyard.

The neighborhood is also home to charming cafés, restaurants and local shops, while La Jolla Village, La Jolla Cove and the area's famous coastline are just a short drive away. Spend your mornings by the ocean, afternoons exploring La Jolla and evenings back home around the fire pit.



With the beach so close and some of San Diego's most beautiful coastal scenery all around you, this is an ideal home base for experiencing the best of La Jolla.



Getting Around:

With La Jolla Shores Beach, neighborhood restaurants and local favorites nearby, it's easy to enjoy much of the area without going far.



When you're ready to explore more of San Diego, La Jolla Village, La Jolla Cove, Torrey Pines, Pacific Beach and Mission Beach are all within easy reach by car.



The driveway provides designated parking for up to two vehicles. Please note that the garage is not available for guest parking, and street parking may be restricted one day per week for street sweeping.

The driveway is the only shared area. One side is reserved exclusively for guests of the main home and accommodates up to two vehicles, while the other side is designated for the guest house.

- Smoking and events/parties are prohibited.

- Pets allowed for a fee - $150 per pet, max of 2 pets.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
