The Experience

State of the Art is a spacious woodland retreat surrounded by tall trees, giving families and groups plenty of room to gather, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors together. With five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, multiple living spaces, and a thoughtful mix of indoor and outdoor entertainment, the home offers a comfortable setting for everything from relaxed cabin days to evenings spent around the fire.

Inside, soaring ceilings, walls of windows, and warm wood details create an open and inviting atmosphere throughout the main living spaces. The kitchen offers generous counter space, stainless steel appliances, a dedicated coffee station, and plenty of seating nearby, while the dining area makes it easy to bring everyone together for meals. Comfortable king rooms are spread throughout the home, several with beautiful wooded views and access to covered balconies, while a twin trundle room adds flexible sleeping space for additional guests.

There is plenty to enjoy beyond the bedrooms, with a second upstairs lounge and game area giving everyone another place to spread out. Outside, the covered deck becomes an extension of the living space with a stone fireplace, TV, dining area, grill, and hot tub surrounded by the trees. A fire pit with Adirondack seating and a playset add even more ways to enjoy the property, whether the group is gathering for s’mores, letting the kids play, or simply settling in beneath the trees.

Located near the heart of Hochatown, State of the Art offers a peaceful wooded setting with convenient access to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, Mountain Fork River, local restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking, and family-friendly attractions. AWD or 4x4 vehicles may be preferred when traveling through some areas of Hochatown and Broken Bow.

While we love furry companions, this cabin is not pet friendly in order to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin in order to preserve the freshness and comfort of the space for future guests.

EV Charger Information
This property does not offer an EV charging station. Nearby fast charging stations are available at Choctaw Casino.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 10 AM out of respect for neighboring cabins and the surrounding community. Sound travels easily throughout the forested mountain areas.

Event Policy
Small events and gatherings may be allowed at the cabin, and a small event fee may apply. Please reach out before your stay to discuss your plans. While we may be able to accommodate more people for events, only the maximum sleeping occupancy is allowed to stay overnight at the cabin.

Nature & Environment
One of the most memorable parts of staying in a Broken Bow cabin is being surrounded by nature. Because this property is located in a wooded setting, guests may encounter wildlife and seasonal elements during your stay.

Deer, squirrels, raccoons, turkeys, and other native wildlife are commonly seen throughout the area. The cabin is professionally treated for pests, though occasional insects such as spiders, mosquitoes, beetles, ladybugs, or wasps may still appear, particularly during seasonal transitions or rain.

During spring months, pollen from surrounding pine trees may collect on outdoor surfaces despite cleaning efforts before arrival.

Keeping doors and screens closed whenever possible helps maintain a comfortable indoor environment throughout your stay.

We encourage guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings while remaining respectful of neighboring cabins and the natural environment. Sound travels easily throughout the forested area.

What To Bring
We recommend bringing groceries, condiments, cooking oils and seasonings, personal toiletries, coffee and creamers, bug spray for mosquitoes and ticks, ice, and firewood with fire starters for the outdoor firepit.

Starter Supply Details
Housekeeping provides a limited starter supply of essential items, including:

- Toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags
- Hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies
- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
- Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent
- Coffee supplies (pods, grounds, filters, creamer, sugar)
- Hot tub chlorine for guest use as directed
