Access to the picturesque balcony is conveniently located off the living room, so you can easily enjoy the fresh breeze and make the most of the abundant natural light during the day, which beautifully illuminates the entire living area.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated in calm tones and is equipped with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning and ample wardrobes to comfortably store your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible by stairs only — not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Located on one of Lisbon's historic and picturesque hills — the emblematic Colina de Santana — this accommodation offers a total immersion in the authentic soul of the city. The energy of this neighbourhood is a fascinating blend of the tranquillity of a traditional Lisbon residential area and the vibrance of a cosmopolitan capital. Just a few steps away, you can stroll through the idyllic Campo Mártires da Pátria or relax in the Jardim do Torel, one of the city's best-kept secrets, offering a breathtaking panoramic view over the Baixa. The surrounding streets are filled with traditional grocery shops, typical tascas, specialty cafés and architecture rich in azulejos that invites leisurely walks.

The great magic of this retreat is its unbeatable proximity to the beating heart of Lisbon. From here, a short and pleasant walk (or a ride on the historic Elevador do Lavra, the city's oldest funicular) takes you to the luxurious Avenida da Liberdade, the iconic Praça do Rossio or the vibrant Intendente neighbourhood. Many of the city's most iconic attractions — the Chiado, the Baixa Pombalina and the labyrinthine streets of Alfama (the famous birthplace of Fado) — are perfectly walkable, allowing you to experience the city like a true local.

As a strategic base for discovering the wonders beyond the capital, this location is absolutely exceptional. A short walk from Rossio Train Station, you can embark on a direct, comfortable journey of around 40 minutes to the magical and romantic town of Sintra (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), famous for its fairy-tale palaces and forests. With equal ease, taking the metro to Cais do Sodré Station, the train will carry you along a stunning coastal line to the golden beaches and picturesque charm of Cascais and Estoril. It is the perfect starting point combining genuine neighbourhood life, immersion in Lisbon culture and easy access to Portugal's greatest tourist gems!

The area is well served by public transport. There are several bus and tram lines nearby.

By car, most of Lisbon's points of interest are less than 10 minutes away. We recommend using Uber or Bolt for getting around the city, as this historic area has some traffic restrictions.

Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away by car.

You will be asked to verify your identity before check-in. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair usage policy on utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with linen change: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
