BALCONIES & WATER VIEWS

One of the best parts of SuCasa Sol is the outdoor space. The main balcony offers views of both the ocean and Intracoastal, with outdoor dining for 8 and lounge seating for morning coffee, meals outside, or simply relaxing in the coastal breeze.

The second balcony faces west toward the Intracoastal and features a hammock chair, making it a peaceful spot to unwind and enjoy the sunset.

Every bedroom has direct access to one of the two balconies, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the fresh air and water views throughout your stay.

INSIDE THE CONDO

The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together as one shared space, perfect for relaxing together after a day at the beach. Unwind on the couch with a Smart TV, gather around the dining table, or start the morning with coffee from the built-in coffee bar station.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, and the indoor dining area comfortably seats 8.

WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP

• Primary Bedroom (Sleeps 2): King bed + ensuite bathroom + main balcony access
• Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2): Queen bed + second balcony access
• Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 4): 2 full beds + full-size crib + second balcony access

All three bedrooms have their own TV and direct balcony access.

BATHROOMS

The condo has 2 full bathrooms, including a primary ensuite with a bathtub.

Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, fresh towels, toilet paper, and hair dryers.

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY

The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away. Simply cross Collins Avenue and use the nearby public beach access.

To make beach days easier, we provide:

• Beach towels
• Beach toys

BUILDING AMENITIES

During your stay, you’ll have access to the King David Condo amenities, including:

• Pool
• Jacuzzi
• Gym
• 2 included valet parking spots

The required building resort/registration fee is covered by us, so there is no additional resort fee for guests.

GOOD TO KNOW

Guests are required to complete the building’s online registration form before arrival. We’ll send the instructions ahead of your stay to make the process easy.

The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire condo and both balconies throughout their stay.

The primary bedroom closet is reserved for housekeeping storage and remains locked. Guests still have an armoire and dresser in the primary bedroom for clothing and personal belongings.

You’ll also have access to the building’s shared amenities, including the pool, Jacuzzi, and gym.

Self check-in instructions and the required building registration details will be provided before arrival.


The Neighborhood:

SuCasa Sol is centrally located in Sunny Isles Beach, a relaxed coastal community set between the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. Step outside and you’re within an easy walk of the beach, grocery store, restaurants, cafés, and shops along Collins Avenue.

Sunny Isles Beach offers a laid-back beach atmosphere while keeping you close to some of South Florida’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment. Whether your days are spent on the sand, exploring nearby neighborhoods, or simply slowing down by the water, it’s an easy home base for enjoying the best of South Florida.

Just a short drive away, you'll find Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour Shops for upscale shopping and dining, or Oleta River State Park for kayaking, biking, and nature trails. Wynwood and South Beach are also within reach for a change of scenery, with vibrant art, nightlife, and beachside energy.


Getting Around:

SuCasa Sol is conveniently located for exploring Sunny Isles Beach on foot. The beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shops are all within easy walking distance.

For exploring more of Miami and the surrounding areas, a car or rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is the easiest option. Two valet parking spots are included with your stay.

APPROXIMATE TRAVEL TIMES

• Aventura Mall: 5–10 min drive
• Bal Harbour Shops: 10 min drive
• Wynwood: 30 min drive
• South Beach: 30 min drive
• Downtown Miami / Kaseya Center: 35 min drive
• Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood Airport (FLL): 25 min drive
• Miami International Airport (MIA): 35 min drive

Drive times are estimates based on normal traffic conditions. During rush hour, travel times may increase substantially and can occasionally take up to twice as long.


Other Things to Note:

• NO PARTIES: Parties are not permitted.
• QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors in the building at all times.
• NO INDOOR SMOKING: Smoking is permitted on the balconies only and is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the condo.
• SMOKING DAMAGE FEE: If a smoke odor is detected inside the condo, a $500 smoke-remediation charge will apply, in addition to any extra cleaning costs and the replacement cost of items damaged by smoke. Guests may also be responsible for losses caused to a subsequent reservation if the condo cannot be occupied because of smoke odor.
• NO PETS: Pets are not permitted.
• ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: For reservations with more than 6 guests, a fee of $25 per night applies to each guest beyond the 6th. This fee helps cover the additional supplies provided and extra wear and tear on the home.

Your stay is completely private, but my wife, Vanessa, and I, your hosts at SuCasa Vacay, are always available if you need us. Self check-in instructions will be provided before arrival, and you can reach us throughout your stay with any questions or requests. We speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese, and can also assist with other languages using translation tools. Our goal is to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.
