About this cottage rental
Peaceful waterfront cottage on Sparrow Lake! Less than two hours from Toronto along the scenic Trent-Severn Waterway.
The cottage has central AC, Smart TVs, and a PS5, and a variety of indoor games and entertainment.
Outdoors, unwind in the hot tub, dine on the deck overlooking the water, or head out on the lake using the included kayaks and paddle boards. There's a sandy shoreline is great for families and young children.

Sparrow's Landing Cottage is designed for groups and families, with plenty of indoor comfort and outdoor space to enjoy long lake days together.
The main floor opens into a bright living and dining area with beautiful water views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for family cooking and entertaining, including a full stove and oven, dishwasher, air fryer, Keurig machine, toaster, kettle, cookware, serving essentials, and plenty of dishware and wine glasses for the whole group. The BBQ on the deck makes outdoor dinners easy.

Two full bathrooms (one on each floor) plus a half bath. Each full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, bath mats, and toilet paper.
