Guests have the entire house, the pool and spa, the lanai, the fenced yard and the dock. Parking is on the property - garage and driveway.

Getting Around:

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Maximum 8 guests.
The pool, spa and canal are unfenced from the lanai and there is no lifeguard - children should be supervised at all times around the water and on the dock. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed.
