About this house rental

Enjoy the best of The Villages from this beautifully furnished 2BR/2BA retreat. Relax in the glass-enclosed lanai, prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy fast Wi-Fi (mesh network), Smart TV, garage parking, and all the comforts of home. Bathrooms have luxury bidets & removable shower head wands. Kitchen is fully equipped with a Coffee/Tea Bar, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, Wine & Cocktail Glasses, Crock Pot, Hand Mixer, Baking Sheets, Pots/Pans & starter spices. The outdoor patio has a BBQ and Fire Table. Golf Cart is Available. We are between Brownwood & Lake Sumter Landing and within walking distance to Seabreeze Rec Center. You can obtain passes in the Villages Sales office for $50 (cash or check. they don't take card) which gives you access to the pools, golf courses and rec centers.

Conveniently located near golf courses, recreation centers, shopping, dining, and nightly entertainment. Perfect for snowbirds, extended stays, golf vacations, and visiting family.
