Built in 2025, the home was designed for families and groups who want plenty to do together while still having room to spread out.

Leave some of the bulky beach gear at home.

Guests have access to a beach wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach games to make the short walk to the beach even easier.

For days at the house, we also provide fishing poles and a tackle box for guests who want to try fishing from the waterfront deck.

🔥❄️ POOL HEATING & CHILLING

Want warmer water during the cooler months or a refreshing pool during the hottest part of summer?

🔥 Pool heating: Available March–November for $50/night.

❄️ Pool chilling: Available June–August for $50/night.

Pool heating and chilling are optional and are not included in the nightly rate. The $50/day fee helps cover the significant additional electricity required to heat or chill the pool.

Please let us know at least 7 days before arrival if you would like to add this option. We begin heating or chilling the pool a minimum of 3 days before your stay so the water has time to reach the preferred temperature by check-in.

After booking, we will send a separate payment request through Vrbo for the additional fee.

Please note that outdoor pool temperatures can be affected by weather and air temperature, so a specific water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
