Located inside the gated Retreat at ChampionsGate community, the home is approximately 12 miles from Walt Disney World and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Its Central Florida location provides convenient access to Orlando's famous theme parks, attractions, dining, shopping, and entertainment while giving your family the space and privacy of a private vacation home.



One of the home's biggest highlights is the Star Wars-themed game room. Step into a galaxy-inspired entertainment space where kids, teenagers, and adults can challenge each other to air hockey or pool, test their skills at the basketball shootout, or simply spend time together between theme park adventures.



The themed bedrooms bring even more fun into the vacation experience.



Disney fans can continue the magic inside the Mickey-themed bunk room, while the Minions-themed bunk room provides another playful space designed with younger guests in mind. The Treehouse/Camping-themed bedroom creates an imaginative retreat with a twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed, plus the convenience of its own ensuite bathroom.



With seven bedrooms and six full bathrooms, the home provides a flexible sleeping configuration for large and multi-family groups. Three bedrooms feature king beds, including a downstairs king ensuite and an upstairs king master suite. A downstairs bedroom with two queen beds provides additional sleeping space for adults or families who prefer to stay on the first floor.



Upstairs, another king bedroom shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with the Mickey-themed room featuring two twin bunk beds. The Minions-themed room also features two twin bunk beds, while the Treehouse/Camping-themed ensuite includes a twin bunk bed and separate twin bed.



Outside, no rear neighbors provide added privacy while your family enjoys the private screened pool and spa.



Start the morning with a swim before heading to Walt Disney World, return home for a refreshing afternoon pool break, or spend an entire day relaxing at the house. The screened lanai, spacious pool deck, and outdoor patio furniture provide plenty of room to enjoy the Florida sunshine together.



Optional pool heat is available for $40 per day. The spa is not a hot tub and is heated to the same temperature as the pool only when pool heat is added.



Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare breakfast before the parks, family meals, snacks, and drinks throughout the stay.
