The island is approximately 500 feet from the mainland dock, making the trip across the lake approximately 3 minutes.
Mainland parking is available for approximately 4 vehicles comfortably, with additional parking potentially available depending on the reservation.
Guests will meet a member of our team on the mainland at their scheduled arrival time. We will review boat operation and island access, complete the required waivers and provide instructions before guests depart for the island.
Please coordinate your arrival time in advance so someone can be ready to meet you and avoid delays at check-in.
Once checked in, guests have exclusive access to the island, home, grounds, sandy beach, docks and included island amenities.
Goguac Lake itself is public, so you may see boats cruising, fishing or anchoring in the surrounding water. Occasionally boats gather near the island, especially during busy lake days, but the island is private property and is not open to the public.

Pets are welcome. For an additional fee.
Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. No smoking or vaping inside the home.
