Brand-new detached casita in Santee, built in 2026. Unit is entirely yours: full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, mini-split heat and A/C. Keypad entry, so you let yourself in whenever you land. Wi-Fi and all utilities included; cleaning and restocks handled by our team. Monthly stay built for travel contracts, relocations, and anyone who needs a soft landing in East County San Diego. Dogs welcome!

Inside: an open living and dining area with room to set up a laptop, a separate bedroom, and a full bathroom. The kitchen is a working kitchen, not a kitchenette — stainless refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and a full set of cookware, knives, dishes, and glassware already stocked.

• No parties or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM — please be mindful of neighbors.
• Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Please let us know before booking if you`re bringing one.
• Maximum occupancy is as listed — no additional guests beyond those booked without prior approval.
• Please treat the property and furnishings with care. You`ll be responsible for the cost of any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• No illegal activity of any kind.
• Check-in is after 3 PM, checkout is by 11 AM. Late checkouts and may be accommodated on request, subject to availability.
• Before you leave, please start the dishwasher if used, take out the trash, turn off lights/AC, and lock up.
• Outside visitors are welcome during the day but should not stay overnight unless registered as a guest.
