Important Guest Requirements

To help protect our home and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following requirements apply to every reservation:



Rental Agreement: All guests are required to review and sign our rental agreement prior to arrival.

Photo ID: A valid government-issued photo ID is required from the booking guest prior to check-in.

Security Deposit: A $750 security deposit hold is required prior to arrival. The hold is released after checkout, provided there are no damages or violations of the rental agreement.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or in designated areas where prohibited.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted at the property.

By booking Pool Villa Lanier, guests agree to follow the rental agreement, house rules and all applicable property and community requirements.
