This is a completely private space with its own entrance and is located on the top floor of our carriage house/garage. Parking and entry are accessible from the alley behind the main house.

Five Points is one of East Nashville’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods, known for its creative energy, historic charm, and lively local scene. The area is filled with popular restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, bars, and live music venues, all just minutes from Downtown Nashville. It’s the perfect home base for experiencing the local side of the city while staying close to Nashville’s top attractions.

This neighborhood is also known for its food and lcoal restaurants! Grab New York-style pizza and garlic knots at Five Points Pizza, enjoy burgers and local beer in the garden at The Pharmacy, or make dinner plans at nearby Lockeland Table or Butcher & Bee. For coffee, stop by Bongo East, which shares its space with Game Point Café—a laid-back board game café offering coffee, breakfast, and hundreds of games.

There’s plenty to explore beyond the restaurants. Browse the locally owned shops and boutiques in the nearby Fatherland District, catch a concert at The Basement East or live music at The 5 Spot, and enjoy cocktails at Rosemary & Beauty Queen or Attaboy. We are a completely non-smoking property.

Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at all times.

All animals must be approved in advance of your booking. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds, we also have a $75 pet fee.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is `accepted`. If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules, you will be charged for it.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
