The Space:
This bright 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a comfortable split-bedroom layout, open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, multiple TVs, and several furnished balconies surrounded by island greenery. One bedroom includes a king bed and private beverage station with a mini refrigerator, sink, and coffee maker, creating a comfortable setup for couples, families, or small groups.
Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire condo, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, in-unit laundry, and furnished balconies. Guests may also use the Village House elevator, outdoor guest parking, and nearby beach access. The community pool is directly across Wimbledon Court from the Village House building on the Port Royal Golf Course side. From the main lobby entrance, exit the building, cross Wimbledon Court, and you will find the pool area just across the street, approximately a one-minute walk. The covered garage, owner-reserved parking, and any locked owner storage areas are not available for guest use.

Village House is in Hilton Head’s desirable Port Royal/Folly Field area, near the Westin and Marriott resorts. The closest beach access is Islanders Beach Park at 94 Folly Field Road, just across Folly Field Road from Village House.
