YOUR OWN HEATED MODPOOL

Forget searching for a community pool.

Walk outside to your own swimming pool built from a converted shipping container by Modpool, surrounded by a dedicated deck with chairs and a pergola.

Swim, cool off, stretch out in the sun or simply relax poolside. Is it cold outside? That's okay because the pool can be heated up to 90 degrees to beat the chill.

It’s your own private pool experience just down the spiral staircase a few steps from the house.



RELAX AT YOUR PERSONAL SPA

Follow the walking trails from the house and you’ll discover one of the property’s most unique outdoor experiences - The Sasquatch Spa. We’ve created an outdoor wellness retreat surrounded by the North Idaho setting where you can warm up, cool down and completely unwind.

The outdoor spa area includes:

• Life-size Sasquatch wood carving

• Barrel sauna

• Wood-fired soaking tub

• Cold plunge

• Outdoor shower with hot & cold water

• Fully furnished premium Hypedome geodesic dome

• Gigantic firepit

• Outdoor Sonos speakers

Start with the sauna. Cool down in the cold plunge. Warm up again in the wood-fired soaking tub. Then settle into the furnished geodesic dome, turn on some music and enjoy the fire.

PRIVATE PICKLEBALL COURT

Pack your paddle or use ours — best thing is you won’t need to search for a court.

Sasquatch Lodge has its own private pickleball court right on the property.

Morning match. Family tournament. Kids vs. parents. Beginners learning the game.

The court is yours.



THE WRAPAROUND DECK + OUTDOOR KITCHEN

One of the best places at Sasquatch Lodge may simply be the enormous wraparound deck.

There’s plenty of room for outdoor dining, morning coffee, evening drinks and long meals together.

And if your group loves to cook, you’re going to like the BBQ setup.

The outdoor cooking area is stocked with what you need to prepare a great meal without heading back inside.

GATHER AROUND THE FIRE

Some of the best vacation memories happen after the sun goes down.

A huge custom firepit made from a repurposed tractor track creates the perfect gathering place for cool North Idaho evenings.

Bring out the marshmallows, make s’mores, tell stories and settle in around the fire.

There’s also another firepit near the house on the expansive front lawn, giving your group multiple outdoor gathering spaces.

ROOM TO WANDER

Walking trails connect the house with the property’s different outdoor experiences and are beautifully lit up at night.

Wander from the Lodge to the pool, pickleball court, Sasquatch Spa and firepit areas while enjoying the peaceful surroundings while keeping an eye out for the wildlife that regularly passes through the property. You might even be lucky enough to have a Sasquatch sighting!

The huge front lawn also gives everyone room to spread out, play and enjoy the outdoors.

That’s why the bedrooms and furnishings throughout the house weren’t treated as an afterthought.

All five bedrooms are thoughtfully decorated with the feel of a boutique hotel, and the mattresses are hotel-brand specifically selected for comfort so our guests have the best sleep.

With two separate living rooms and great comfy couches, groups have plenty of room to spread out and do their own thing.



FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN + BREVILLE ESPRESSO

The indoor kitchen is fully stocked for everything from a quick breakfast to a big family dinner.

Coffee lovers also get a Breville espresso machine, so your morning can begin with a proper espresso or latte before deciding what to do with the day.



SONOS SURROUND SOUND SYSTEM THROUGHOUT

Music and entertainment are a big part of the Sasquatch Lodge experience.

An immersive Sonos surround sound system in the main living room makes watching movies and shows an unforgettable experience. The Sonos system extends throughout the house and into the outdoor areas with theater-style sound in the media spaces and outdoor speakers around the Sasquatch Spa, Modpool and pickleball court.

Put on your favorite playlist or watch a movie and make the property your own.

Eventually you’ll have to go inside. But wait, you need to check out the garage that has been transformed into a gaming and exercise paradise. That’s when you’ll discover the Sasquatch Lair.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you have full private access to this expansive rural estate. You are welcome to enjoy the entire house, including five bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with our dedicated game room featuring a foosball and ping pong table. Outdoors, you have exclusive use of the pool area, wellness spa, and the barbecue patio. We also provide a fully equipped kitchen and a convenient kitchenette on the ground floor. Ample paved parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

Strategically located south of the river in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to the action:

• 15 minutes → Downtown Coeur d’Alene & Lake Coeur d’Alene

• 15 minutes → Costco, Safeway & major shopping/restaurants

Getting Around:

Getting to Sasquatch Lodge Wellness Retreat is best achieved by car, allowing you the freedom to explore the beautiful Idaho landscape at your own pace. While the property does not have access to public transit lines, we offer generous on site paved parking for all guests. You will find yourself just fifteen minutes from downtown Coeur d Alene and about forty five minutes from Spokane International Airport, ensuring that both local adventures and your travel connections remain easily accessible throughout your stay.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests, please note that check-in time begins at 15:00 and check-out time is strictly by 10:00. Sasquatch Lodge Wellness Retreat is a non-smoking property, and we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside or on the premises. For the comfort of all future guests and to maintain our high standards of cleanliness, we do not allow pets at this property. The home is intended for your private relaxation and is not suitable for events or parties. We provide ample paved parking on site for your convenience. While we offer you full privacy, we are readily available through the messaging platform should you need any assistance during your visit.
