The Space:

Some houses make a group feel like a group. That's Hidalgo with the whole place booked. Downstairs opens straight out to a private garden with a 5-person hot tub — the after-dinner gravity of the whole stay. Upstairs, the light and the deck take over, with a propane fire pit, the Hollywood sign in view, a peek of the Silver Lake Reservoir, and Griffith Observatory silhouetted at sunset.



Two full levels mean everyone gets their own space: three bedrooms (a king and a second room with a twin trundle up top, a queen downstairs), two full bathrooms, and two living areas so the early risers and the night owls never step on each other. Two kitchens, in-unit laundry up and down, fast wifi throughout, and an outdoor gym by the garage if you want to keep the routine. It's mid-century character with room for seven — gated, private, and quiet up in the Silver Lake hills.

Whole Foods and the neighborhood shops are a quick hop, and the Reservoir loop is right there when the group wants to move.

Guest Access:

Booked as the whole house, the entire duplex — both levels, the garden, the hot tub, and the upstairs deck — is yours. Self check-in: each door has its own lockbox, and both codes are in your check-in details. I'm only a message away the whole stay.



The Neighborhood:

You're in the Silver Lake hills above the Reservoir — one of LA's most walkable, most-loved eastside neighborhoods. Coffee, wine, great food, and the Reservoir loop are all close, with Los Feliz, Frogtown, and Glassell Park just minutes out.



Getting Around:

A gated driveway with an EV charger and street parking on the block handles the cars. The side gate to the driveway has a padlock — we send you the code with your arrival details. Rideshare is quick and plentiful, and Downtown, Los Feliz, and Hollywood are all short drives.



Other Things to Note:

No parties or events. Disruptive late-night noise counts as a party; quiet hours are 10pm–8am out of respect for the neighbors. Noise complaints or a police visit = fine and possible eviction.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outside.

Pets considered case-by-case — just ask before booking.

The upstairs kitchen has a Nespresso Vertuo espresso machine and no microwave; the downstairs kitchen has the microwave. We leave you pods to start; replacing them during your stay is up to you, and the machine takes Vertuo pods only (Original-line and Keurig pods will not fit). Neither kitchen has a dishwasher.

The hot tub is included and is used at your own risk: maximum 5 people, children supervised at all times, no glass, and please don't tamper with the controls, chemicals or equipment. Full hot tub rules are in the house manual.

The propane fire pit on the upstairs deck lights with the ignitor switch — off when you're done, and never left burning unattended.

The outdoor gym is used at your own risk.

For safety, there are exterior security cameras (entry/exterior only, no interior and no audio), as disclosed.
