This house is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.

The garage has been transformed into a fully air-conditioned game room, complete with a pool table, foosball, indoor basketball, ping pong, and air hockey, along with another TV and seating area.

The Master Bedroom boasts a King Bed and direct access to the patio, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. Its en-suite bathroom includes both a shower and a separate tub. The first guest room features two full beds and a daybed, along with its own bathroom, while the second guest room offers a Queen Bed and a private bathroom.

Enjoy endless fun in the sun with ample outdoor seating around the beautiful pool, which is fully enclosed with a privacy fence and secured with high locks to keep children safe.

Relax by the water or try your hand at fishing from the dock, where additional seating is available. Please note, the lift and boat are not available.

EXIT CLEAN MAY INCREASE BASED ON LENTH OF STAY

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees, but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.

CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions!
